  1. Things like the “crash pack” and fire starter kits fit really good in freezer bags for less than half the price. barrel liner garbage bags are great for rian. I keep a life straw in my pack as well as a metal cup and water bottle. Cotton balls soaked in petroleum jelly work great for starting a fire in the rain. There really isn’t much you can’t make at home thats just as good. Small paracord is great also. It doesn’t take up much space for a long string. Good luck everyone. Most important, leave your panic at home and carry a good knife.
